Jodie Lee stands out at the interface between commercial excellence and science. Before commercial roles at TECHLAB, QIAGEN, and the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC), Jodie worked in basic research and R&D laboratories in both academia and industry. At TECHLAB, she led marketing and sales teams, managed key accounts, initiated and built out the first digital marketing efforts, and spearheaded training. She interfaced with customers, distribution partners, internal scientific teams, external KOLs, and advisory boards, guiding a small, highly cross-functional team to achieve well beyond what resources and expectations would predict.

Jodie graduated with High Honors in Biology from Dartmouth College, holds a Masters in Microbiology from The Ohio State University, and earned an MBA from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bénin, West Africa, has traveled to 49 countries, and has lived on three continents. She is also an expert skier and a classically trained pianist.
